Course Description

LAW 624 - Legal Philosophy--Feminist Contributions

The seminar examines traditional legal theory from a feminist perspective and explores alternative feminist views of legal issues and standard jurisprudential quandaries. Admissions to this seminar is by application; please write a page about your background and interest in this course. 

Professor Olsen will try to accommodate everyone in the seminar. If she has to limit enrollment, in order to accommodate students who will get the most from the seminar she will likely to give a preference to applicants who have submitted a statement about their background and interests in taking the seminar.
