Course Description

LAW 702 - Deposition and Discovery in Complex Litigation

This course is designed for students who intend to engage in a civil litigation practice. The course focuses on the practical and theoretical aspects of preparing for, taking and defending depositions in civil cases. Special emphasis is given to deposing hostile witnesses. Students will prepare for, take and defend depositions in simulated cases.
