One of the significant advantages of the Program is the opportunity each student has to work closely with a small group of nationally recognized faculty members over the entire three years of the Program. Many members of the school of law faculty teach, conduct research, are active in areas of public interest law and policy, and are widely recognized for their expertise and contributions. Such faculty members range from Kenneth Karst in Constitutional Law and Daniel Lowenstein in Election Law through Grace Blumberg and Christine Littleton in Family Law and Women’s Rights to Kimberle Crenshaw in Critical Race Theory and Jerry Kang in Asian-American issues. Eighteen members of the school of law faculty serve as program faculty.
