Professor Ted Parson spoke with Arun Rath of National Public Radio's "All Things Considered," regarding the possibility and threat of "climate geoengineering."  Professor Parson addressed the role of international law in geoengineering, and the potential for harmful unilateral geoengineering projects--what he calls "the Dr. Evil idea."
