The Western Regional rounds of the annual
Transactional LawMeet℠ were held on Friday, February 15, 2013 at UCLA School of Law. The yearly meet offers business law students from competing law schools the opportunity to work in teams to draft a transactional agreement and negotiate its provisions with other student teams. An
expert demonstration by judges Siobhan Burke, Paul Hastings, and Patrick S. Brown, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, was held at the end of the day.
