RE: Instructions for Applying for Academic Year 2012-2013 Student Parking

Law graduate students who qualify through the student assignment will need to be registered for the parking period they apply for parking. Law students are allocated parking in Structure 3 when applying by the parking deadline. In order to fulfill our commitment to the campus community and comply with University regulations, Parking Services will randomly select commuters and all carpool applicants who received parking for a parking audit. All notices from parking are sent via email to the email address you have with URSA.

UPDATE: The parking application deadline has been extended to Monday, July 9th, 2012.

Students may apply at www.parking.ucla.edu until midnight PST on Monday, July 9th.

If you do not yet know your L.A. address and do not have a temporary California address that can be used on the application, please apply using the UCLA Parking Office address - 555 Westwood Plaza, Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90095. As soon as you have your L.A. residence, email the address to parking@ts.ucla.edu along with your student id number. We highly encourage you to apply now rather than submit an appeal application. Appeals involve additional documentation, and as the appeals decisions are not made until after the start of the law school semester, daily parking or the purchase of a summer parking pass may be involved.

NOTE: Weyburn Terrace residents receive parking permit forms from the UCLA Housing Office and do not need to apply here for parking. Please contact Housing at (310) 983-1300 for additional details.
