9:00-9:30am: Registration in Shapiro Courtyard
9:30am: Welcome remarks; the day begins
4:00pm: Convocation in Royce Hall. Family and friends are welcome! Please rsvp to studentaffairs@law.ucla.edu with the number of guests attending.
6:00pm: Convocation celebration and Day 1 of Orientation concludes
Thursday, August 11:
9-9:30am: Registration and refreshments in Shapiro Courtyard
9:30am: The day begins
12:15pm: Lunch "on your own"
1:30pm: Concurrent Sessions begin
3:30pm: "File Sharing Session" - mandatory for on-campus residents
4:30pm: Day 2 of Orientation concludes
Friday, August 12:
9-9:30am: Registration and refreshments in Shapiro Courtyard
9:30am: The day begins
2:00pm: Day 3 of Orientation concludes
4:00pm: Those attending the Dodgers game should meet in Shapiro Courtyard; we will return to the law school around midnight
