Law school transcripts and enrollment verifications may be ordered and picked up in person at the law school’s Records Office service window (1224 Law Building). Be sure to bring a driver’s license, state-issued identification card, or passport. Transcripts cost $8 per copy, payable by cash or check made to UC Regents. Transcripts are provided free of charge to currently enrolled students.

Please click here for a transcript order form.  In your request, please include: your name, UCLA ID # or the last four digits of your Social Security #, date of birth, year you graduated (or dates of attendance), your signature, a contact phone number in case we need to reach you, and the address to which the transcript should be sent. Make your check payable to UC Regents ($8 per copy).
