Laura Miranda is teaching Tribal Legal Development Clinic in Spring 2015.  She is an enrolled member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians.  She is an attorney at law, tribal affairs consultant and Vice-Chairperson for the California State Native American Heritage Commission.  Her practice is devoted to Indian law, environmental law, tribal cultural resources and sacred sites protection, California Indian policy, and tribal governmental affairs.
