This conference will examine where the movement for LGBT rights finds itself on the tenth anniversary of Lawrence v. Texas. Participants will discuss the Supreme Court arguments in the DOMA and Prop 8 cases, new directions in anti-discrimination law, and remaining issues involving criminal law prosecutions against LGBT people and others for consensual sexual activity.
