Ann Carlson Comments in L.A. Times on Significance of California’s Power to Regulate Emissions

Professor Ann Carlson, faculty co-director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, commented in the Los Angeles Times on the significance of California’s regulatory authority to set emissions standards for cars and trucks, which the Trump administration has threatened to take away.  “California’s power to regulate auto emissions is probably the most important power any state has,” Carlson said.
