Professor Klee Named One of the Top 10 Insolvency Lawyers in the World by Who’s Who

August 29, 2012 – Professor Kenneth Klee has been named one of the top 10 insolvency lawyers in the world by Who’s Who Legal. He is one of only five U.S. lawyers on the publication’s 2012 international list of the best insolvency and restructuring lawyers.

Professor Klee is a nationally recognized expert on bankruptcy law and a founding partner of Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP, specializing in corporate reorganization, insolvency and bankruptcy law. He recently represented Jefferson County, Alabama as the lead bankruptcy attorney in its Chapter 9 debt restructuring case, which is the largest municipal bankruptcy filing in United States history.

For this listing, Who’s Who Legal identified the world’s foremost insolvency and restructuring lawyers by conducting comprehensive, independent research with general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Only specialists who met independent international research criteria appear on the list.
