​March 6th, 2013 --  Professor Eugene Volokh was cited in a Denver Post article on a new gun law in Colorado that may shift liability for distributing assault weapons to gun owners.

Volokh was cited stating that law “is simply aimed at making sure that the tort liability system treats guns like other lawful but dangerous products.”
