Course Description

LAW 624 - Legal Philosophy--Feminist Contributions

The seminar examines traditional legal theory from a feminist perspective and explores alternative feminist views of legal issues and standard jurisprudential quandaries. Students planning to publish a comment in the UCLA Women’s Law Journal are especially welcomed and every effort will be made to accommodate their paper topic.
