LAW 805 - Part-Time Externship: Criminal

The Part-time Criminal Practice Externship Seminar is intended to be experiential and serves as the companion course for law students enrolled in part-time criminal law externships with federal, state and local government agencies.  Students will gain an understanding of criminal law practice, from the prosecution, defense and judicial officer perspectives, and they will have an opportunity to discuss issues that arise in criminal law practice settings.  Students will reflect on their externships and incorporate the skills they are learning into the classroom discussions.
