Fighting for LGBTQ Equality 2.0: Where Do We Go From Here?
A Talk by Shannon Minter, Legal Director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights

From 2003 to 2016, the LGBTQ rights movement made great strides towards more formal equality. But since the end of 2016, the community has witnessed significant erosion of rights, from the rollback of rights for transgender students and military members to the expansion of religious and moral exemptions to non-discrimination laws. As we move forward through a period of particular darkness for the LGTBQ community, we need a "2.0" vision of what LGBTQ equality looks like and how to achieve it.

Lunch will be provided.
RSVP here by Thursday, March 7.
