Catherine Lhamon, who chairs the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and is Of Counsel at National Center for Youth Law, will lead an important hearing in Washington, D.C. on the Friday, November 2. The
public briefing will bring together expert and other public testimony on the current and future state of federal civil rights enforcement in the U.S. In this talk, Ms. Lhamon will share her thinking on where we go from here on protecting the civil rights of vulnerable Americans.
