Tendayi Achiume, UCLA Law and United Nations Special Rapporteur on Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, and Soledad García Muñoz, Inter-American Commission on Human Rights Special Rapporteur on Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights.
