The First Amendment, both the speech side and the religion side.
Note: Many recent studies suggest that taking notes on paper leads to more effective learning than taking them on computer (partly because the students have to be more selective in deciding what to write down). Indeed, when Prof. Volokh taught a class in which laptops were forbidden, over 50% of students agreed that the laptop ban made them enjoy the class more, and only 12% said it made them enjoy the class (slightly) less. Because of this, laptops will not be allowed in this class, though the professor will make his outline and his Powerpoints electronically available to students.
