Mark Verstraete is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UCLA's Institute for Technology, Law, and Policy. His research assesses how emerging technology and the information society reshape private law concepts. Prior to joining UCLA, he was a Research Fellow at NYU and University of Arizona College of Law. He studied Philosophy in college and received his law degree from Harvard Law School. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in the flagship law reviews at Loyola Chicago, University of Illinois, and University of North Carolina.
