Professor Stone Publishes Article in The American Prospect on Increasing Use of Arbitration by Corporations to Deprive Consumers and Workers of Their Rights

March 7, 2011 -- Professor Katherine Stone published an article in The American Prospect called "Signing Away Our Rights," which discusses the increasing use of arbitration by corporations in order to deprive consumers and workers of their rights. Professor Stone focuses particular attention on a case currently pending in the Supreme Court, A.T.&.T Mobility LLC  v. Concepcion, in which the Court will decide whether corporations can require consumers to waive their rights to bring class actions.  ​
