June 25, 2011 -- Professor Lynn Stout is cited in a Barron's article about the enforcement of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Consumer Protection Act.

One proponent of stricter treatment of derivatives is Lynn Stout, a law professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, who testified last year before Congress about the industry's headlong rush to remove the common-law checks that once had discouraged speculative excess.
