June 27, 2011 -- Professor Eugene Volokh discussed the recent Supreme Court decision striking down California's law on violent videogames. His comments appear in an interview on NPR's "Morning Edition" and in a Variety article.
The videogame decision "should be reassuring for broadcasters," said Eugene Volokh, professor at the UCLA School of Law, noting that the case showed "the justices take a relative speech-protective view even when talking about the concerns about children."
