Professor Eagly Comments on Arizona's Immigration Law in Daily Journal Article

​December 12, 2011 -- Professor Ingrid Eagly is quoted in a Los Angeles Daily Journal article about whether the U.S. Supreme Court will review Arizona's controversial immigration law, and what implications it may have.

"Here we have actual criminal law," said Ingrid V. Eagly, a professor at UCLA School of Law who studies the intersection of criminal law and immigration. "That raises different questions about whether enforcement at the state and local level conflicts with what has traditionally been exclusive federal jurisdiction over the enforcement and prosecution of criminal immigration law."
