March 9, 2012 -- Professor Stephen Bainbridge is quoted on the legal justification of regulations and costs for corporate legal officers in a Wall Street Journal book review of Indispensable Counsel.
Bainbridge is quoted, "Are Dodd-Frank's governance provisions quackery, as were Sarbanes-Oxley's? In short, yes. Without exception, the proposals lack strong empirical or theoretical justification."
