Professor Taimie Bryant Comments on California Budget Proposal to Repeal Parts of Hayden's Law in Auburn Journal Article

​March 27, 2012 – Professor Taimie Bryant remarks on Governor Brown’s proposal to end reimbursements to animal shelters for the cost of keeping strays alive in an Auburn Journal article.


"If you repeal these laws, when the economy improves, the animals won't share in the improvements," Bryant said. "Suspension is temporary, repeal is permanent.”
