August 10, 2012 – Professor Hiroshi Motomura talked about the Supreme Court’s lax ruling on controversial Arizona immigration law SB 1070 in an article in the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
"I think that what the Supreme Court did was take a wait and see attitude. They felt they didn't have enough information," said Motomura. "But if it turns out that there's substantiated allegations of racial profiling, then the Supreme Court left the door open for further lawsuits and further injunctions."
