Professor Volokh Comments on Muslim Woman’s Suit Against Disneyland in Washington Post

August 16, 2012 – Professor Eugene Volokh commented on the suit a Muslim woman has filed against Disneyland for not being allowed to wear her headscarf at work in the park in an article in The Washington Post.

Professor Volokh said Boudlal could have “a pretty solid claim under a pretty long line of case (law) under all sorts of religions which have gotten exemptions from uniform policies for their religious headwear. This is not some special right of Muslims.”
