Professor Volokh Comments on First Amendment Rights Related to an Online Blogging Case

February 25, 2013 -- Professor Eugene Volokh, a law professor at UCLA, commented on the First Amendment rights of an individual to exercise free speech related to online blogging. 

Professor Eugene Volokh notes, "If the Court of Appeals decision is allowed to stand, then much criticism of legislators, executive officials, judges, businesspeople, and others - whether by newspapers, advocacy groups, politicians, or other citizens - would be punishable."
