Professor Volokh Comments on Lance Armstrong's First Amendment Rights in USA Today Article

August 8, 2013 -- Professor Eugene Volokh commented on whether or not the First Amendment protects Lance Armstrong's right to lie in his own memoir.  His comments appear in a USA Today article.

"If I sell you a mango drink and claim that it's made of pure fruit, and then I find out it's not what you said it was, that's certainly punishable (by law)," said Eugene Volokh, a UCLA law professor and First Amendment expert.
