Professor Winkler Discusses Supreme Court Review of Presidential Recess Appointments in MSNBC Article

​January 17, 2014 -- Professor Adam Winkler commented on the likelihood that the Supreme Court will rule that President Obama’s 2012 appointments to the National Labor Relations Board are unconstitutional. His comments appear in an MSNBC article.

“If the Court does not allow the traditional recess appointments, you’ll have a federal bureau created by Congress but one that Congress won’t allow the president to staff,” said Adam Winkler, a law professor at the UCLA School of Law.
