Kim Kessler’s radio show “Eating Matters” – Episode 9 aired on November 6th on Heritage Radio Network

November 6, 2014 – Kim Kessler, Policy and Special Programs Director of the Resnick Program for Food Law and Policy, aired the ninth episode of “Eating Matters,” on Heritage Radio Network titled “The Role of Chefs in Food Policy Issues.” In this episode, Kim interviews Chef Evan Hanczor and Chef Michael Leviton to discuss the roll of chefs in food policy. Each chef explained how they entered and grew within the food industry, and then the group discussed the need for food sustainability and methods to encourage this.
