January 8, 2016 – Professor Eugene Volokh was cited in a Teen Vogue article on what the second amendment says about the right to bear arms.
Professor Volokh noted that the view that individual citizens have a right to bear arms wasn’t controversial until the early 1900s. Courts and legal scholars still disagree over the Second Amendment, said Professor Volokh.
