Professor Volokh Comments in U.S. News & World Report on Censorship of Nude Donald Trump Art

March 11, 2016— Professor Eugene Volokh commented in U.S. News & World Report on whether or not a nude painting of Donald Trump made by an artist as political parody is protected by the First Amendment.

“I think the precedents point in the direction of treating such political commentary as First Amendment-protected,” Professor Volokh said.
