on issues associated with California’s new gun control law. Starting July 1st
, people are no longer allowed to possess magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds of ammunition. This law has raised confusion, given most officials are questioning how to enforce it, and require California’s 6-million gun owners to get rid of their weapons. “As best as we can tell, no gun owners are giving up their high capacity magazines or selling them out of state,” Winkler said.
