Jim Barrall, senior fellow at the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy, commented in the Washington Post on a controversial ruling involving employee pay gaps. The ruling requires companies to disclose the pay difference between their CEOs and median workers, a command that many have chosen to ignore—until now. “Through the early part of this year, there was a fairly bullish optimism that the rule would either be repealed or delayed,” said Barrall.
