Noah Zatz Writes for Law and Political Economy on Race and Class in the Trump Era

Professor Noah Zatz wrote a blog post in Law and Political Economy, introducing an intersectional analysis of voter’s race and class to understand Trump’s 2016 election victory. According to Zatz, previous work has focused on class-not-race and race-not-class approaches in understanding the election results. “Intersectionality, though, teaches us that class, gender, or race often are not “independent” influences,” he explained.
