Ann Carlson Cited by Climatewire on Potential of Supreme Court to Curtail EPA’s Power

Climatewire cited Professor Ann Carlson on how the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy could jeopardize a landmark climate change decision which ruled the Environmental Protection Agency could regulate fuel emissions under the Clean Air Act.
