Ann Carlson Quoted in Bloomberg on California's Anti-Pollution Powers

Professor Ann Carlson was quoted in a Bloomberg article on California’s anti-pollution powers as Trump prepares to upend fuel-economy rules negotiated with the auto industry in order to foster more growth at the cost of the environment. “The state’s independence in fighting pollutants like ground-level ozone, a precursor to smog, is recognized explicitly in the Clean Air Act,” said Carlson which is also being challenged by the EPA.
