Eugene Volokh speaks with L.A. Times on First Amendment Protections

Professor Eugene Volokh spoke with the Los Angeles Times, discussing First Amendment protections in light of a recent federal ruling ordering the Los Angeles Times to remove information it published about a criminal case. “While the U.S. Supreme Court hasn’t decided this very question, it has said that once something is in the public record, even if placed there accidentally, generally speaking people are allowed to write about it.”
