Ann Carlson Interviewed by Public Radio International on Kavanaugh’s Record on Climate Change

Professor Ann Carlson was interviewed on Public Radio International on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s record on climate change.  “On more than one occasion Judge Kavanaugh has acknowledged climate change is real and is a pressing public policy problem.  But, at the same time, he has made very clear that the Environmental Protection Agency should not have broad power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions,” said Carlson.
