Boston Herald and Voice of America Quote Eugene Volokh on 1st Amendment Issues

Professor Eugene Volokh was quoted in a Boston Herald article discussing a case involving a man who offered a $500 reward to anyone willing to kill an ICE agent and whether the man’s threat characterized a legitimate threat, or whether it was done in jest, and therefore could be protected by the First Amendment.

Voice of America also quoted Professor Volokh in an article about what circumstances might constitute free speech versus those that might qualify as hate speech and propaganda.
