[EL] Waukesha County Clerk Denies Delaying Voting Results

           I was watching the Associated Press reports of the returns in the Wisconsin races last night.  As of about 1:00 a.m. eastern time, twelve Milwaukee precincts were unreported, while only one precinct out of Milwaukee was unreported.  It is curious that Democrats chose to question Waukesha County for being late and, apparently, not Milwaukee for being later.
