[EL] Referral to Indiana Election Law Expert

I have been contacted by a college student and part-time journalist who is working on a story relating to Indiana election law and is looking for an academic with knowledge in this area.  This is not my particular area of expertise.  Does anyone know an academic who does have this expertise to whom I can refer him?
