[EL] ELB News and Commentary 12/1/11

The Are Lobbyists Not Citizens? headline brought to mind the purchase by a
British conglomerate of yet another US lobbying firm -- Glover Park
Associates, I believe.  Does the concern re: foreign campaign donations
also extend to foreign control of lobbying firms?  Media?  I have not given
it much (read: any) thought and welcome the thoughts of others.
