The Border Patrol situation certainly does, assuming that the dismissal was
legal -- which appears highly questionable (read "nuts").
Miller's problem, on the other hand, seems to have been a voluntary excess
of disclosure -- listing his official position/affiliation "for
identification purposes." Apparently merely signing the petition woudl not
have resulted in a problem
