It is getting harder to figure out what it is Congressional bills. Take for
example the item below about the disclosure of campaign finance by
government contractors. I just looked at HR 1 (the Omnibus Appropriations
bill). I did a search for the obvious terms (disclose, disclosure,
campaign) and can't find the provision Rep. Eshoo is talking about. The
bill is 384 pages long, so I am not about to read the thing from cover to
cover.
I contacted my good friend Gov. Mitt Romney, and he offers $10,000 to the
first person who finds it and posts the location here.
