For anybody who might be interested:

I'm working with Larry Lessig to organize a conference to be held at Harvard Law School on Sept 24-25 about whether or not we should press forward with an effort to call for a
Constitutional Convention to address the various structural reform
efforts that are languishing in Congress. It's going to be a interesting, and hopefully illuminating, event -- being sponsored by Harvard, Fix Congress First, and the Tea Party Patriots.

More info is posted at ConConCon.org. (We'll be building the site out further in the next couple of weeks.) We're welcoming participants from the left and right, including those who are ambivalent about a Con Con or have an informed opposition to it. It looks like it'll be free and open to the public -- all of you are welcome to join. We're still filling out the panels, and I'd welcome suggestions of people whom it'd make sense to have there.

Best,

David
