For a long time, I've thought that 'reformers' generally lack any sense of
irony. Looks like there may be at least a glimmer of it after all!

With Drunk Driving Charge, Voter ID Bill Sponsor Might Not Have A License

Also, I've commented on our blog about the CFI study on small contributions
(http://www.campaignfreedom.org/blog/detail/interesting-well-written-and-poi
ntless-study-on-campaign-contribution-matching-programs). As usual, CFI has
some pretty good data, but I'm just not sure why I'm supposed to believe
campaigns funded primarily by small-dollar contributors are appreciably
superior to those funded by large-dollar contributors, or that changing the
donor mix is going to result in any noticeable improvement in anything. Hats
off to Michael Malbin for at least recognizing such skepticism as "healthy"
though.
