[EL] status of OIG/OPR investigations of DOJ handling of voting rights claims/New Black Panthers? (resend)

	The OIG report may still be a work in progress.

	But, as another listserv member has written me, surely "Fast and  
Furious" has now upstaged the handling of the New Black Panther Party  
and related incidents as a source of concern.
